You will receive one (1) automatic entry to the sweepstakes upon download. A subscription fee and standard data charges apply to download and use Pocket Express. A monthly subscription to a package that includes unlimited MEdia Net data plan is required. You may also receive an entry into the sweepstakes for free by mailing a 3” x 5” card, including entering your name, age, address, contact phone and e-mail address to Hoops At Home Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8022, Westport, CT 06888. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. Promotion begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET February 1, 2008, and ends 11:59:00 p.m. ET February 29, 2008 (the “promotion period”). All electronic entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m., February 29, 2008 when promotion ends. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 29, 2008 and received by March 6, 2008..

2. Participation: Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus D.C., 16 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and household members of employees of AT&T Mobility, Handmark, Inc. and their respective affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development or handling are not eligible. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico or where prohibited by law.

3. Validation: A random drawing will be conducted on or about March 7, 2008 from among all eligible entries received during the promotional period for a chance to win prizes. Drawing will be conducted in Westport, Connecticut by The Concept Studio, LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the promotion, and results will be certified before a notary public. Notification to Grand Prize potential winner will be made by telephone. All submissions are subject to validation by the judging organization. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. Once the Grand Prize winner has claimed by phone within the stated deadline, he/she will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Compliance with these Official Rules, Prize Release and a Publicity Release for use of his/her name, address, likeness, biographical information without further compensation unless prohibited by law, and make arrangements with the assistance of Sponsor’s agents within 14 business days. No changes or substitutions. If any prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. Prize winner is responsible for all costs not specifically listed above, including meals, gratuities, etc. All federal, state and local taxes for receipt of any prize are sole responsibilities of Winner. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. If prize winner is a minor under applicable state law, prize may be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian.
