YP℠ and TCS teamed up with CBS Radio and their nationwide radio tour. At each local market event YP℠ Brand Ambassadors set up a YP℠ Tent to demo the YP℠ app, YP℠ Facebook page and YP℠ Deals on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
Event goers could also text YP℠ to 88656 to receive a QR code which they scanned in the tent to instantly win a YP℠ t-shirt and enter a $250 sweepstakes. The events were advertised on the radio and using the YP℠ Facebook page.
TCS designed a custom Facebook tab that was added to Sunoco’s Facebook Page as well as various targeted Facebook ads to drive consumer traffic.
Through TCS’s proprietary Facebook Reporting Tool the client was able to receive daily reports on impressions, CTR and media spend to date.
During New York City’s Fashion Week in an effort to promote the premiere of Pan Am, TCS created an exciting branded engagement.
At key locations in NYC (Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center) where Pan Am Flight Attendants engaged consumers in an attempt to perk up commuters morning with free coffee and theatrical bag drops around the radius to drive tune-in messaging.
The Concept Studio descended upon Pedestrian Walkway in Time Square offering female passerby's “Make Me an Angel Makeovers” in the Townsend Agency Footprint.
Upon completion of the makeover, the ladies had their photo taken in the “Pose Like an Angel” Cabana that was displayed on the large jumbotron in the middle of Time Square.
The Concept Studio developed a dynamic engagement strategy for AT&T Mobility’s sponsorship of American Idol Season 10. The campaign ran the entire season and ended at the finale when one lucky fan had a chance to win up to $10 Million.
Fans could participate in the promotion through several digital touchpoints including texting, scanning 2D barcodes and online. Sweepstakes entries were captured and compiled into one database through TCS’ proprietary Performance On Demand (POD) reporting solution. All consumer engagements across channels were tracked in real time and clients had 24⁄7 access to POD to monitor promotion performance.
TCS developed a monthly WEB, WAP and email to be sent to all AT&T customers who texted YES to 2582 to become a member of MyMEdia Club Rewards.
Exclusive content is available to MyMEdia Club Rewards members such as ringtones from the hottest new artists and partner offers. Both are available to purchase and download.
The Concept Studio and ProTicket developed a three-phase consumer engagement program.
In Phase 1, video billboards, signage and brand ambassadors encouraged fans to text Tecate for a chance to WIN tickets to the Fight.
During Phase 2, Chicas de Tecate and video billboards invited fans to text in for a chance to UPGRADE their tickets to ringside and sit with International Super Model Sofia Vergara.
In Phase 3, round by round fight scoring alerts went out via sms from the legendary Burt Sugar.
TCS architected, built, programmed, hosts and maintains a Whitepages mobile based premium SMS Look-up service for consumers. This cross carrier application is subscription and a la carte/single purchase based whereby users can simply text in a phone number for owner/location look-up. TCS maintains whitepages.com reporting, 24/7 customer support and financial reconciliations.
